2 stems fresh lemongrass Handful of basil leaves Handful of mint leaves Handful of fresh coriander

  1. Mince all the herbs, vegetables & spices.
  2. Cut the salmon into thin slices
  3. Place the salmon slices into small serving cups and add 1 tbsp of lemongrass dressing to each cup.
  4. Garnish each cup with the minced herbs and spices.
