- Thai Salmon Ceviche
|150g Salmon||1 bottle deSiam lemongrass dressing||1 garlic clove||2 red chilies|
|2 stems fresh lemongrass||Handful of basil leaves||Handful of mint leaves||Handful of fresh coriander|
|1 small onion|
- Mince all the herbs, vegetables & spices.
- Cut the salmon into thin slices
- Place the salmon slices into small serving cups and add 1 tbsp of lemongrass dressing to each cup.
- Garnish each cup with the minced herbs and spices.
