Delicious handcrafted & all natural stuffed frozen pigeons (Hamam Mahshi) infused with rice & fragrant herbs & spices. Preparation: Put the pigeons have covered with water in a pot, add 1/2 tsp. of salt & boil. Once water boils, reduce heat, cover & let simmer for 5 min. Remove from pot and leave to dry. Shallow fry in oil or ghee until golden all over.
