2 Aussie Beef Petite Filet Steaks

Grape Seed Oil

Maldon Sea Salt

METHOD

  1. Leave the Aussie Beef Filets at room temperature and season with Maldon Sea Salt and pepper on both sides
  2. Add 1 Tbsp of grape seed oil to a preheated pan on medium to high heat
  3. Add the steaks to the pan (you have to hear the sizzle).  Flip the steaks for both sides to cook evenly
  4. Warm La Cucina Di Vita Funghi Sauce on low heat
  5. Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest on a plate for 2-3 minutes
  6. Ladle La Cucina Di Vita Funghi Sauce on the steak and garnish with fresh parsley
