1 Pack Poseidon white clams 1 Pack Poseidon Mussels 1 Pack Poseidon Tail on headless shrimps 60ml extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried chilli 7 garlic cloves 1 large handful chopped parsley Juice of half a large lemon
500g Spaghetti Freshly ground black pepper Maldon sea salt

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, stir in a lug of olive oil and set aside.
  2. Heat a large frying pan with a tight fitting lid and add the olive oil.
  3. Add the garlic and chilli and fry for 30 seconds. Quickly add the clams, shrimps and mussels. Cover the frying pan and steam for 4 minutes over high heat.
  4. Remove from heat, add the lemon juice, parsley, spaghetti and toss well. Serve and enjoy!
