- Roast Veggie Fries
|400g fresh carrots, zucchini, sweet potatoes, or veggie of choice.||Extra virgin olive oil||Maldon sea salt|
|Black pepper||Paprika (optional)|
- Slice your veggies into 1/2 inch wide sticks.
- Place veggies in a greased baking pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper & paprika. Toss to coat.
- Bake uncovered at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden.
