|1 Pack Poseidon white clams||1 Pack Poseidon Mussels||1 Pack Poseidon Tail on headless shrimps||60ml extra virgin olive oil|
|1 tsp dried chilli||7 garlic cloves||1 large handful chopped parsley||Juice of half a large lemon|
|500g Spaghetti||Freshly ground black pepper||Maldon sea salt||60ml dry white wine (optional)|
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, stir in a lug of olive oil and set aside.
- Heat a large frying pan with a tight fitting lid and add the olive oil.
- Add the garlic and chilli and fry for 30 seconds. Quickly add the clams, shrimps and mussels (and wine if you wish). Cover the frying pan and steam for 4 minutes over high heat.
- Remove from heat, add the lemon juice, parsley, spaghetti and toss well. Serve and enjoy!
