Beef Sirloin Steaks with Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables

2 sirloin steaks, at room temperature

4 slices Gourmet herbed butter

Maldon sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 tub Gourmet roasted vegetables 

3 spring onions, chopped

2 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tub Gourmet mashed potatoes

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method:
  1. Heat mashed potato in a bowl in the microwave or in a pot on the stovetop. 
  2. Add dijon mustard and spring onions. Set aside
  3. Heat roasted vegetables
  4. Heat a frying pan on high heat
  5. Rub the steaks with the olive oil and season with Maldon sea salt and pepper
  6. Pan sear steak on each side for 4 minutes for medium or 5-6 minutes for well done
  7. Remove steaks from the pan and spread butter on each steak. Let rest for 5 minutes


Serving Tip:

Serve the rested steaks with the mustard mash and the roasted vegetables
