This
rice’s beautiful and natural red colour is due to a natural mutation which occurs in the Camargue
rice fields. With a chewy and sticky texture this organic, gluten free whole grain
rice gives off a lovely rustic aroma when boiled.
Boil in plenty water until tender for about 35-45 minutes then drain. Drizzle with good quality olive oil, toss through a salad or serve alongside grilled fish or meat.
