|4 Slices of Panettone||3 Large Eggs||6 tbsp. Milk||2 tbsp. Fresh Cream|
|1/4 tsp. vanilla||1/4 tsp. cinnamon||20g butter||pinch of salt|
- Whisk together egg, milk, vanilla, salt & cinnaamon
- Dunk sliced of panettone in the egg mixture and let it soak for 1 minute (the more stale the panettone the better)
- Melt a little butter in a pan on medium high heat
- Cook the slices of panettone for 1 minute on each side, or until golden
- Serve with fresh cream & seasonal berries.
