Panettone French Toast

4 Slices of Panettone 3 Large Eggs 6 tbsp. Milk 2 tbsp. Fresh Cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. cinnamon  20g butter pinch of salt

  1. Whisk together egg, milk, vanilla, salt & cinnaamon
  2. Dunk sliced of panettone in the egg mixture and let it soak for 1 minute (the more stale the panettone the better)
  3. Melt a little butter in a pan on medium high heat
  4. Cook the slices of panettone for 1 minute on each side, or until golden 
  5. Serve with fresh cream & seasonal berries.
