Our Australian marinated bone-in lamb leg is rich in flavour, tender and juicy! It’s marinated with a blend of aromatic herbs, lemon, garlic, mustard and pomegranate molasses. It makes an elegant dinner centrepiece for you to savour and share. Cook it to your desired doneness, 1 hour for medium to medium rare and 2 hours for medium to well done. It requires 10 mins. preparation time. Serves 6.

Cooking Method: 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. 2. Lay the lamb (in the bag) in a tray. 3. Poke holes in the bag. 4. Place tray in the oven on bottom shelf. 5. Cook 1.5 - 2 hours depending on the desired doneness. 6. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 mins. then carefully remove the bag.
