- Mango & Ricotta Bruschetta
|2 ripe mangoes||1 tub Gourmet ricotta cheese||½ cup balsamic vinegar|
|¼ cup honey)||1 Gourmet fresh baguette||Fresh mint leaves|
- Dice 2 ripe mangoes into bite sized cubes.
- In a small bowl whisk 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup honey together & set aside.
- Slice your bread and spread a spoonful of the ricotta cheese on top followed by several mango cubes.
- Drizzle with the balsamic reduction and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
