- Manchego Stuffed Mushrooms
|1/2 Cup Manchego Cheese (shredded)||18 Large White Mushrooms||1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil||2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)|
|Maldon Sea Salt||Black Pepper||1 Tbsp Breadcrumbs|
- In a bowl mix the shredded Spanish Manchego cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, sea salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Snap off the stems from the mushrooms and fill the cavity with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 20 min in a preheated oven.
- Serve on a platter with toothpicks.
