Preparation: • Rub the inside of your fondue pot with a halved garlic clove • Pour in vegetable stock or wine & lemon juice; simmer over medium heat until bubbly • Add the corn starch to the cheese & mix well together • Turn heat to low & gradually stir in cheese mix with a wooden spoon, one ladle at a time. Continue to cook, stirring for 2 to 3 mins or until mixture is thick & smooth • Do not allow fondue to boil • Season with white pepper & nutmeg • Move the pot to the fondue burner
