Fresh Quattro Formaggi Pasta Sauce

Our rich and creamy quattro formaggi sauce is made with a blend of parmesan, emmental, white cheddar & blue cheese, and fresh herbs ready for you to simply heat & eat. All you need to do is pour the sauce into a sauce pan and simmer for a few minutes on medium heat. Add water or milk while warming it for your preferred consistency. Stir in drained pasta with the warm sauce and you're all set to indulge. Quattro Formaggi goes particularly well with short pasta shapes, so we recommend serving with Penne, Farfalle or Conchiglie pasta, freshly grated Parmesan cheese and Gourmet's sliced baguette for a delicious and authentic Italian experience.
