Edamame, also known as soy beans, are a great snack and are ideal for entertaining. Simply add a pack of frozen Edamame beans to a large pot of well salted boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once drained, sprinkle generously with Maldon Sea Salt. Hold the pod between your teeth and pop out the beans into your mouth! Enjoy hot or cold as a great healthy snack.
