1 Gourmet freshly baked country loaf 2 tbsp vanilla extract ½ tsp ground cinnamon 1 ½ cups heavy cream or milk
Pinch of nutmeg Pinch of salt 4 tbsp butter Vegetable oil
Maple syrup Fresh berries, banana or pecans

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cream, and salt.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture. Fry until golden brown, then flip and cook on the other side. Serve with maple syrup and fresh berries.

*If you’re feeling extra adventurous add a fried egg on top with some beef bacon!
