Our marinated liver strips are ready-to-cook in minutes! It is marinated with spicy harissa paste garlic, black pepper and lemon juice. Rich in vitamin A, vitamin B12 and an excellent source of iron, beef liver is a delicious and nutritious protein. Serve with Gourmet tahini and mixed pickles. Do not freeze.
Cooking instructions: (serves 2-3)
Preheat pan and grease with some Vegetable Oil.
Sear Spiced Liver Strips on medium high heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve with Pita Bread, Garlic Dip, Hummus Dip, and a side of our very own fresh Taboula or Fattoush Salad.
