Gourmet Frozen Stuffed Turkey Breast

Cooking Method:
You will need:
* Deep baking tray (disposable tray is easier)
* Vegetables & herbs, coarsely chopped (e.g. carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, celery, leeks, rosemary, thyme & bay leaves)
* 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
* Maldon Sea Salt
* Black pepper
* 2 cups water
To serve:
* Gourmet Roasted Vegetables
* Walnuts
* Cranberries
* Rosemary Sticks
Preparation Instructions:
1. Defrost turkey breast in fridge for at least 24 hours.
2. Bring turkey to room temperature for at least 1 hour before cooking.
3. Preheat oven to 180°C.
4. Line a deep baking tray with vegetables & herbs.
5. Remove plastic film from turkey breast.
6. Place turkey breast on top of the vegetables.
7. Rub turkey breast with olive oil & Maldon Sea Salt then add the water to
the bottom of the tray.
8. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 45 min.
9. Remove from foil and cook for an additional 25 min.
10. For colour & tenderness, brush some of the liquid in the baking dish on top of the turkey during the cooking process
11. Remove from oven & let rest for 20 min.
12. Slice and place in a serving dish.
13. Decorate your serving dish with our roasted vegetables, walnuts, cranberries & rosemary sticks.
