Easy Ways to Cook Shrimp

We thouroughly love roasted shrimp. It gives the shrimp a nice caramelized texture, intensifying its flavour. To roast, simply toss your shrimp in a bit of olive oil with a pinch of sea salt, and cook at 200C for 6-8 minutes.
Perhaps our favourite way to serve shrimps, it’s fast, easy and a great BBQ snack. Make a simple marinade or olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and a bit of chilli. Rub it on your shrimp and toss on the grill.
If you fancy something exotic, why not try a Thai shrimp stir fry. Marinate your shrimps in a bit of ginger, lime, chilli, garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce. Add some veggies and serve with noodles or rice.
Simply dredge and coat your shrimp in mixture of flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown and serve with a sweet and sour sauce.
