How to Prepare Our Stuffed Vine Leaves

Watch how easy it is to cook our handcrafted all natural Stuffed Vine Leaves, ready to eat in just 90 minutes. Whether you're a beginner or expert, follow this basic recipe and show off at your next gathering!

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Simply arrange the pre-rolled vine leaves in a medium pot.
  • Add 800ml of hot water, Gourmet vegetable stock and season with salt, pepper, allspice & olive oil.
  • Cover the vine leaves with a plate, then cover the pot with a lid.
  • Once the water boils, lower heat & simmer for 90 mins. Easy as that!

Gourmet Tip: We recommend adding sliced tomatoes, onions & seasoned lamb chops at the base of the pot before adding vine leaves. Serve with squeezed lemon and a yogurt cucumber salad with fresh mint for dipping.
