How to Prepare Our Stuffed Vine Leaves

- Simply arrange the pre-rolled vine leaves in a medium pot.
- Add 800ml of hot water, Gourmet vegetable stock and season with salt, pepper, allspice & olive oil.
- Cover the vine leaves with a plate, then cover the pot with a lid.
- Once the water boils, lower heat & simmer for 90 mins. Easy as that!
Gourmet Tip: We recommend adding sliced tomatoes, onions & seasoned lamb chops at the base of the pot before adding vine leaves. Serve with squeezed lemon and a yogurt cucumber salad with fresh mint for dipping.
