Halloumi cheese made with cow milk. Halloumi is great cubed and added to salads or placed on skwers with vegetables for the BBQ. We love slicing it and frying it in a little oil until browned on both sides. Serve immediatley with lemon wedges, fresh rocket or lettuce leaves and a grinding of fresh black pepper
