Button mushrooms are a wonderful match for beef and chicken. We suggest you cut them into quarters, heat a large frying pan on high heat and add a glug of olive oil. Add the mushrooms and let them cook for while, without stirring to much, to allow them to gain colour. Add the salt at the end to prevent them from becoming watery and enjoy in omelettes, with seared Aussie beef steaks or roasted chicken.
