Our outstanding call center agents are well trained and speak both Arabic and English fluently, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time. Our delivery team is fully equipped with chillers and freezers so you recieve your home delivery order in perfect condition whether you live right next to a store or futher afield in Ein Sokhna, Alexandria, El Gouna or anywhere else in Egypt.

In 2006, Gourmet Egypt started as a small division of AM foods, a successful business to business food supplier to many of Egypt's five star hotels and restaurants. The Gourmet team wished to bring all these delicious ingredients at AM foods directly to the customer, so up until 2008, Gourmet operated solely on delivery through the call center and website. With hardly any advertising, Gourmet's customers multiplied by word-of-mouth alone. In March 2008, Gourmet Egypt expanded to open its first flagship store in Maadi, followed by the second store in Dandy Mall in June 2010. Our new home delivery hub has just opened in Zamalek, and our adjacent beautiful new retail outlet is expected to open in weeks.
