For this reason, our chilled or frozen products remain in a constant temperature throughout travel time - from it's country of origin up until your door. Our delivery hubs are equippred with state-of-the-art refrigeration and are staffed by a highly trained and efficient delivery team. Delivery is either by refrigerated truck or motorbike. Your order comes in insulated pouches within insulted boxes filled with cold packs. Yes, it's well prortected!

Delivery time depends on your location. We deliver to many areas in Cairo in under an hour. Other locations such as Alexandria, Hurghada amd Gouna, certain days have designated delivery times and it increases during holiday times. Payment for your orders are made upon delivery. We accept cash or credit (Visa & Mastercard). When making an order we will ask how you prefer to pay for your order.

Since our products are food products, returns are not allowed. Should you have concerns with the quality of our product please contact us. Gourmet Egypt will do whatever possible to make the product right or provide store credit.
