The King of Yellow Tail

  • White to pale pink flesh with a minimal bone structure, Sweet and rich flavor
  • The texture’s firm: broad flaked flesh
  • The Kingfish fillet can be barbequed, roasted, pan fried or even cut into sashimi!
  • High in Omega 3 and Omega 6
  • Standard Japanese fillets, Cleanseas Branded, one piece per bag Vac Packed, collar on, skin on

Kingfish fillet Recipe:

Gourmet Oven Backed Yellowtail fillet

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg Hiramasa kingfish fillet cut into 10 portions
  • 10 tbsp butter, softened
  • 8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 large green lemon, cut in half
  • Maldon Sea Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C

  • Combine the butter and garlic, set aside

  • Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and lay on the 10 portions of fish skinned on

  • Place a table spoon of butter on the top of each potion, Sprinkle Maldon Sea Salt and Freshly ground pepper and drizzle with lemon juice

  • Place the tray into the oven and let bake for ten minutes

  • Remove from oven and serve immediately

    *serve with crushed new potatoes & a fresh green salad
